Hope everyone had a nice holiday! Following the family Christmas festivities, I headed up to NH for a couple of days in North Conway.
Weather in the upper 40s meant that I got to take a ride on my bike when I got home. Which I needed, because I can’t stop eating this corn casserole made by my friend’s mom. Recipe is from Paula Deen.
